Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the bark of a tree call (Genus-Cinnamon um) . Cinnamon and Diabetes has always been joined together in hopes that the spice was a cure all for diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes can be controlled by diet, and exercise, cinnamon can be introduced into the diet, but facts have shown that cinnamon and diabetes don't go together for the purpose of curing this disease. Every diabetic is looking and hoping for some medicine that is easy and that will ease the effects of the disease, when you combine cinnamon and diabetes you are not taking or using factual evidence, so be very careful, diabetics should always follow their doctors prescription and cinnamon is never prescribed for diabetes, so in saying cinnamon and diabetes or commonly put together to much.

Diabetes is a mystery disease in that it is hard to regulate, and keep under control, numerous methods are tried each day, such as diet and exercise, these two go hand in hand when trying to cure are assist with diabetes.


Insulin is another method of controlling diabetes, this is used on type1 diabetics and type 2 diabetics, the difference between type 1 is that Insulin is needed because the pancreas is not producing any insulin at all, type 2 is a lot different in that the pancreas is producing some insulin, so insulin is just assisting the pancreas in lifting the levels in the diabetes blood.


Cinnamon and diabetes is not helping in anyway with the control of blood sugar, and facts have shown this to be true, cinnamon has been known to assists with cholesterol. For cinnamon and diabetes to combine and be helpful to the diabetic they must ingest large amounts of cinnamon daily, which could cause damage to the diabetics liver.

So before you consider a spice to help with your disease remember cinnamon and diabetes don't work very well, but if you think this will help first think about what cinnamon is, simply a spice for cooking. Cinnamon was not introduced for diabetes it was introduced into our cooking. So cinnamon and diabetes is and always will be a none factual cure or a help mate for diabetes. So follow any method you choose just remember cinnamon and diabetes go together for some and not for others in their choice of medicinal methods. Make sure your choice is the right one.
